At 11.7oz, this sits firmly in the heavier end of everyday denim. It has enough body for structured garments and hard-wearing pieces, while remaining more flexible and workable than very heavy 14oz denims, which can feel quite stiff by comparison.

It softens beautifully with wear, holds its shape well, and sews comfortably on a domestic machine without excessive bulk. Layers are manageable, making it a practical choice for home sewists tackling jeans, jackets or utility-style garments.

Fabrics are priced by the half metre and cut as one continuous length.

For example if you require 1 metre of fabric, you should add a quantity of 2 half metres to your basket.
