Size inclusivity - Like people, patterns come in lots of different size ranges. We know how frustrating it can be to navigate pattern choices when many of them are inaccessible.
Therefore, to help make your life easier we have included the Hip > 50” tag to easily indicate which designs are more size inclusive. Browse the full Hip > 50” range.

The SPARKLE shirt plays with the rhythm of striped, sheer fabric. The bodice has doubled fabric for full coverage and the upper part and sleeves are light, with only one layer of the sheer knit. The design invites you to experience layering sheer jerseys. The pattern comes in two different sleeve variations, and you can easily hack it to make a T-shirt for the warmer spring days.
The design is published in TAUKO Magazine issue No. 2.

Designer:
Kaisa Rissanen, the cofounder of TAUKo magazine, lives in Helsinki, Finland, in a cute yet small apartment with her family. At the moment, she is intrigued to organize her wardrobe around a few fundamental pieces that serve different purposes. Kaisa loves to be surrounded by beauty, but her aesthetic is usually defined by “less is more”.
Fit and size:
Choose your size based on your bust circumference. Add a recommended positive ease of 0–2.8"/0–7 cm. pick the size that is the best match for your bust.
Fabric recommendations:
Choose a 5.3 oz/yd2 / 80 g/m2 light knit or jersey to make the shirt. Sheer fabrics are perfect for this design and will emphasize the cuts. You can also consider motif lace knits. Be sure to have elasticity in the fabric you choose, as the shirt does not include any fastening. The samples are made from a sheer striped knit (46% viscose, 27% cotton, 27% modal).
